If Kanye West and adidas are seriously about making the ‘Ye brand as ubiquitous as a Jordan Brand or even a Ralph Lauren, they have start making them more widely available. Yes, the sneaker industry relies heavily on what retro is dropping week to week, but there are also millions of people who wear general release Jordans that no one cares to talk about. Yeezys need to be on that level where the hyped releases still get the hardcore lining up and forking over exorbitant amounts of money for them but alongside them are the general releases – like how adidas seems to be positioning the Yeezy 350 at the moment – that anybody can buy at any time.
